Is it possible my Spark took better photos than my new Mavic Air :-|

Seems like the Air has a cloudy haze in the pics and video. Cannot tell if it's because it was somewhat cloudy today. Doesn't seem nearly as clear.

Distant shots like those aren't going to tell anything.
You need to look at comparison shots of something much closer.
Try just one house full-frame and see what they look like.

Its like many others. Manually adjusting all the light, contrast, colors and so on.
I’m shooting raw pictures and process them afterwards

You have taken two different scenes in very different lighting conditions at very different times.

You therefore cannot make any judgements about comparative image quality. The NA shot was taken under what looks to be very flat lighting so you got a flat photo. No surprise there really.

The more important thing to bear in mind is that you took the photos, not the Spark or MA. The photographer is far more influential on the outcome of a photo than the camera.
