This is a great video comparison showing the Pro's and Cons of each.
The Mini 3 Pro is sharper and more clear than the Air 2S. But the Air 2S has better dynamic range and color than both the Mini 2 and 3. The Mini 3 is improved over the Mini 2 but still more muted compared to the Air 2S.
