There is a black metal screen between the fan's intake and the camera. Make sure the screen isn't touching the hub of the fan or it can't start. I had this problem and bought a new fan thinking that the fan had failed. After opening the Mavic to replace the fan I discovered the real problem.

The fan of my Mavic Pro Platinum was not working anymore and i kept having a processor chip overheating error...
I read your post and took a look at the black metal screen, it was sunk into the fan. I used a pliers and manage to remove it without opening the drone. Now the fan is back to work and the drone flying like a charme. Thank you very much!
