I recently had a problem with my RC Pro (which I used with a Mavic 3 Pro). Lately I've had the controller prompt me a few times to recalibrate the sticks and dials. I didn't think anything of it and just went through the process (I should definitely have asked myself why was this was necessary, but just did what was asked and carried on). Anyhow, one day, I was about to fly, the calibration was prompted again and this time wouldn't complete - which, of course, meant not flying. The right stick was generating random and weird %s, which are meant to correspond to the stick inputs I was making. Not good.
The controller went in for repair. It turned out that the right stick (or the block beneath it) needed replacing. I emphasised the urgency, as I have a trip coming up. Here I am, 5 days later, and I received a package in the mail. I'm back in business. All very impressive customer service. Fixed for about a hundred Australian bucks, all-up.
