Hi everyone.

I recently purchase a Mavic Mini for a university project. I need to connect the Mini to my laptop and control them with Python (i'm trying to use the library dji-asdk-to-python of GitHub). The problem is that I couldn't connect the drone via wifi with the IP. I know that the drone and remote are linked via wifi, but this is private?. I mean, can I acces to this connection with my laptop?

Sorry for the confussing question and thanks in advance

That's a really bad new. But there is any options to link the mini with the pc? Maybe with an android emulator to have the DJI fly app?

thank you for your quick and concise response :)

I haven't looked at the SDK, but I was under the impression that apps that replace DJI Fly still talk to the Mini the same way DJI Fly does: through the controller via USB, not directly through wi-fi. (I don't think you want to try to avoid using the controller, anyway, since a lot of necessary functions live there.) I don't think you need an Android simulator to do that -- you just need the interface that allows you to act as a USB host to the controller.
