I am so I love with this toy (Mavic 2 Pro). I hate to even call it a toy.
I flew with an iPad today instead of my iPhone, HUGE difference.

I need to get a few more batteries. Same day, also local but different location.

This is the Cut River in Marshfield MA.

I am going to get the most amazing offshore video this year. Whale watching, Harbor Porpoise, Bluefin Tuna, Striped Bass, Sharks (Blue, Mako, Porbeagle & maybe even a Great White). Oh it's definitely time to call StateFarm. Offshore fishing (for some species) starts in May around here stay tuned.

I hope it’s YouTube that lowered the quality of your video and not the drone itself. What I watched was a bit distorted.

Youtube does display in 4k but the image will be degraded if your internet speed isn't up to the task. You should be able to let it buffer but IDK. These missions were really more about flying than taking video but the 4k footage is incredible, so why not.

From what others have suggested you can load the video into a video editor and export to 1080p - that will work better on YouTube. It will still look great on most people's PC or Laptop screens.

If you want to watch 1080 simply choose that format (HD). I wanted to see the video it in 4K (UHD) which is why I uploaded it that way. I used an unedited Mavic 2 mp4 file because I wanted to see the results after Youtube processed it. It looks inedible, so next I want to make sure I can achieve the same quality after making edits in Adobe Premier or some other product. Sorry if it isn't working for you, but I have a method to my madness.
