Just got the mavic zoom today. Can't get f/w updated. Any others

Update gets to 7 percent then says restart equipment and try again later. I uninstalled/reinstated app , switched to tne usb on controller and now i just crashed it. From a foot off ground but still. It kept drifting and hit my chair.

I had an issue updating my M2P, had to do it on DJI Assistant 2 on my computer.

No it was outside, i did a imu recalibration and did firmware update through pc and all is great. My goodness i love this drone..
