Key to DJI models

I have been away from drone activity for 5 years and looking at coming back with a new Mavic whatever.
In the early days I dont recall names like Mavic M1p, L1z, L2a
I've probably having a brain fade but what do these ID'd mean please

as for L1P/Z

L1Z vs L1P

I’ve noticed this before in certain publications and listings, but can anyone tell me the difference between the L1Z and L1P models of the Mavic 2 Zoom? Mine is an L1P, but idk if there is even a difference in firmware, hardware, etc..?
