The Mini 2 is my 3rd drone starting with the Mavic Air. Under 249 grams fits with our international travel. Over the holidays, I clipped a tree resulting in a power error triggering motor damage. I contacted DJI through chat the same day. My damaged drone was picked up by UPS the next day, received and reviewed by DJI the same day. UPS delivered my new replacement drone on the 3rd day. I couldn't believe the turnaround time as just 3 days! Kudos to DJI. Strongly recommend the purchase of the "Refresh Program". Sad feeling to see a significant expense rendered useless. My new Mini 2 is reskinned in NW Ontario and ready for our flight to Roatan shortly. See you on the beaches!
