It appears Wave 2 deployment of LAANC (Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability) Beta test is now active where I reside (NW Oregon)...

For those of you unfamiliar with this system it allows near-real-time airspace authorization for Part 107 pilots to operate in certain classes of airspace that previously required a COA or waiver submission/approval. There are additional operating restrictions but this is a quick way to get an authorization (under 107.41)...

If you want to fly in controlled airspace (Class B, C, D, or surface area E), you will need to apply for an airspace authorization or airspace waiver.

Nearly 100 airports in this region are participating in this wave of the LAANC rollout; the prior region (South Central) went live April 30th.

I filed a flight plan using AirMap and got immediate approval...AirMap shows I have airspace authorization and it includes an FAA confirmation number for the flight.
