It looks like plastic - so no. You can do an A/B test. Try flying your drone without it, compare signal strength, then attach it, fly again, I predict that you will see no change.

Thanks. Yes its plastic. I’m not sure if it is true that the MM antenna is in the front leg. Thanks again
 
it will not affect the signal yes the antennas are in the front legs ,couple of things the extra weight of those legs will shorten the flight time and you might consider registering your drone as it could be over the 250g weight limit with those fitted one last thing because of the design of those ,if you were to fly into the branches of a tree they would most likely get snagged and make a good place for the drone to be left hanging high up
