Latest firmware 1.5 Do we need to update each battery?

I'm not getting a FW notice for any additional batteries I install. Is there a battery update with the newest FW?

It depends on which firmware version you're upgrading from. If an update is needed, you'll see a prompt on the main screen of DJI GO (before entering the camera view). If you do not see an incompatible firmware prompt, then you're good to go.
