Leds didn't turn back on - during flight

Hey All

Did a flight today, turned off front leds. After when i wanted to turn them back on, because it was getting darker & i wasn't very comfortable with seeing only green blink in the sky, i pressed C2, which i have assigned for that - and red lights didn't came back on.
After landing, i forgot about this. Came home, turned it on, pressed C2 and it works on and off without any issue.

Any ideas why this happened?

I think i figured out myself. i had auto turn off leds when shooting turned on and since i was filming thats why there was no headlights.!
