Link to DJI about broken battery no to send to DJI

DJI have Link when you have broken battery, but skuld not send in the battery, you send picture and serialnr about battery.
I cant find that Link, help needed.

When I had swollen batteries, I just went to the DJI web site and found a place to get a phone number and I spoke with someone. They helped me get to the place to report the battery problem. Can you try calling DJI tech support or customer service and speak with them?
