Loss of control

I had a weird event happen earlier, after flying for a short time I lost control completely. After a while I brought it back visually and landed ok. I’m away from anything but my phone but I’m posting a screenshot in case anyone can help. Many thanks!

From your screen shot - it looks like you should calibrate your compass. Be sure to do this far away from all metal objects (middle of a field is good).
