After being part of the unlucky bunch that got the update error message, I realized that I lost all of my flight history once I deleted and reinstalled Go4. Is there a way to get that back? I found a synchronize button in the top right corner on the flight data window but after the sync was complete nothing happened. I’m assuming that’s to sync with a server so you can sync back if data is lost?

Correct, if you had pressed that sync button before then everything would have been reloaded from the server. If you didn't and you're on iOS like it seems then it's lost for good.
I don't know what you mean by that but syncing flight logs has been a manual process since P3
If you've been copying the TXT files, then possibly putting them back will restore them to the app, where you can then sync them to DJI.
