The loss of GPS is puzzling and definitely not normal
The OP has mentioned that there was a 12800 Mah battery riding along on this adventure. If that hardware was fixed to the top of this aircraft, would that be the cause of the GPS disturbance? The Mavic Pro GPS module is, if I remember correctly, located top front of that particular model.

Maybe ... but I'd expect it to be constant or a problem for much more of the time if that was the cause.
GPS was fine for most of the 18 minute flight data, but was out for much of the 3 minute flight data

Trees will block the controller signal if there are enough of them.
You need to fly where there is a clear, unobstructed line of sight between the controller and drone.

None of the warning messages indicated any loss of control and the data up to that point suggests that you had full control.
But many of the messages should have been a clue that you were flying much too far.

The loss of GPS is puzzling and definitely not normal.
Possibly due to a hardware issue?

So have you flown DJI drones before?
Are you aware of the rules for drone flying?
im going to ask this question if a drone had been jammed what would the flight data show? this is second time this has happened i was lucky it happened within eyesite and my beacon i had attatched was visible high up that pine tree that night gps was 150 yards off i hit find my drone on the go fly app so was off... a good friend off mine 5 milkes away had same thing happen to him accept his crashed he said it came down like a missile from 320 ft or so.. i had a good signal out at furthest point then half way home same elevation so surely no tree line to block signal i have reflectors and yagis i know how to keep controller pointed at drone i feel like i was out of line flying to high and was being sent a message i got a landing flag just before i paniced an jumped in my truck that night its not in the data!....there are many many many survellance drones in my night sky have been for 3 yrs now its what got me interested in them here is an old grainy photo of a few hanging out under the moon if you zoom in and play with settings they are the specks in photo maybe im wrong maybe im not but theres more than i can count coming across my farm from there launch point thats within 1 mile of were my drone went missing what kind of drone stays up in 35 + mph winds all night before going in to roost? thats 12 hours! maybe hydrogen cells? move about in groups honing in on any type of night activity changing there elevation turn there lights off an on at will and stranger things i have seen them do i wont mention here so now you have somewhat of an ideafirst time it happened
