Good morning!
I just joined this forum. I am located in Mt. Pleasant, NC.
I have been flying a Mini 3 Pro for about two years. That was the first drone I have ever purchased. I have learned a lot using it. I have flown state wide in NC, from our cabin near Franklin in the mountains to the coast (80 miles offshore tracking our boat while fishing). I have also had the Mini 3 Pro in Utah, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico. Got some amazing footage out there!
I just received my new baby, an Air3S.
Now I just need time to break her in, lol!

Hello, everyone from from Benson, NC. I finally joined the drone ownership world after thinking about it for about 6 years. Nothing fancy for my first drone purchase, the DJI Mini 4K, but I LOVE IT! I used to be into RC Planes and Helicopters years ago(any by years ago, I am talking mid 1980's), but sold all my stuff.

I grew up in the western part of NC, south of Hickory. Still have family in and around my hometown there in a small town called Maiden.

I look forward to reading this forum and hope there are some drone owners in my current area that can recommend some great places to fly and record video.

Hello Autenien I live in the Raleigh / Garner area not too far from Benson. Congrats on the new drone! I fly my drone where ever possible, the beach, NC mountains, in front of my house. When I first started out I would try to find an open field/ open area without a lot of trees. My property is very heavily wooded so I had to work up to that. Are you looking for places to get great footage, or more to get comfortable with the drone?

Welcome. had an rc plane built for me as a kid and i always desired a POV from the plane. then i got introduced to drones later on and here we are. Hope u get the best out of the forum.

Hi there! Benson is about two hours one way and Maiden is about two hours the other way!
