Low Image Quality Transferring Files

Hello All,

This may be a dumb question or an easy fix. But I was transferring files (pictures and videos) from the "Internal Storage" on my smart controller to the micro sd card I had in the slot. When I moved them from the internal storage to the micro sd card, I went to look at them on my computer. Upon pulling them up, the images were shockingly grainy and didn't look nearly full resolution. Is there a setting or a different way I should be transferring my images? I'm usually good at figuring this stuff out but I'm perplexed. I'll leave example images below to show the grainy quality.

Any help would be appreciated!

-Jake

I had a feeling they were some kind of preview. Any insight on how I access the full hd versions on the images?
Normally they are saved to the SD card

If you are shooting raw images, they include a 960 x 640 thumbnail which you see if you don't have software capable of reading the dng file.

While you preview video/pics, there is a small download icon (bucket with arrow). You can download to the smarcontroller or device (phone) using that. Be aware, the videos can take minutes to download and use drone battery. Pics go faster. As a matter of fact, if you shoot any PANS, the only easy way to compile them is by using this download method.
