Hello
I’m new here and I have recently purchased myself a second hand Mavic Pro fly more combo which had hardly been used for a bit of a bargain. There’s just one thing that I can’t sort out.
Problem?
When taking photos and videos during flight I get a version of the pictures/videos saved to my Samsung Gallery, however I also get a really low res image saved there as well. This image is extremely low res and is saved along side the better quality photo. So after every flight I go through my gallery and delete all these files which is a pain. However when the next time I fly my drone it downloads really low res versions of all the pictures on my sd card and they appear in my gallery. I have tried formatting the card and have looked through the settings but still have the same issue.
Was the unit in a crash?
N/A
What device are you using?
Samsung Galaxy S9, running android Pie
What firmware are you running?
Newest
What go app version are you using?
Latest
Any Modification?
No
Did you change anything or install any apps?
No
Do you have a video or a picture of the problem?
This is what the low res images look like.
I hope this can be easily fixed and I look forward to your replies.
Thanks
Marcus
