So I was having a fun flight around the neighborhood today. 200' altitude and just enjoying the scenery and fine weather. Was out maybe 20 minutes, returned to home, landed the bird, and plop - a prop fell off! Jiminy that would have been a disaster if it had happened 200' in the air! I've been flying with MasterAirscrews stealth props for several months now. I'd noticed that they seemed to have freed up over time, but 'knew' that there was loctite on the threads so not to worry. When I got back inside and checked all mounting screws were loose. Oh, and the prop that came off still had its screw in it. Definitely goes on my preflight check list to check mounting screw tightness.
