Hi Fellow Flying Camera Pilots
I was reading the Whats New post on ND filters today and getting an exposure of 24/30 FPS with a shutter of 1/50th or 1/60th.
I also have a M2 Zoom.
Living in Thailand the sun is very high (dawn & dusk happens in not much over 30 mins and at noon the sun is almost directly above), so exposure is changing fast.
Hence, on top off the HUGE learning curve for flying, reading the app, navigating the app menus etc.. etc.. and remembering to turn on RECORD - I haven't tried my DJI ND filters yet.
As a photographer I do understand exposure, but new to video, I appreciate the 'shutter speed = 2 x FPS' rule, but I am not making a Hollywood movie, so just HOW important is it??
Would there be much difference if instead of using Auto, I used manual with ND filters to achieve the 2 x rule?
My first thoughts would be having to keep changing the ISO & exposure for every change of light...
At the moment, AUTO does it all for me....
Thanks for reading and for your thoughts and advice...

Here are a few of my videos, from my MrSmileyGC YouTube Channel, all taken in auto camera mode... I would appreciate your views
- the flying comes in at the beginning and later at 5.20 min
