I like the bird's eye view and the picture and video at the same time. And I really like talking about drones and the profession.
It doesn't matter. The batteries will be new, the reason is most likely the electrolyte that dropped and we're filming again.
Watch the drone, I would demand a replacement. It doesn't have to be right away, when you decide there will be time. If the charging box is "in color", there is 100% some electrolyte in the drone too. The contacts will be in worse condition, if they aren't already, the structure where they just fit is softening. ECT....
I don't demand it, but I say "replace the drone too!"
DJI reads these comments several times. A lot of information, even if they didn't read them, they know what to do for a good relationship with the customer.
