I'm often hiking with a drone and found that the m4p and controller fits inside most of the larger Holster Style camera cases.

Such as: LowePro Toploader Pro 75 AW ll SLR Case

No problem. I just Googled it. I found this on B and H.

Can you take some pics of it with the M4P and controller? I have a Thinktank holster that is similar, holds my gripped canon with a long lens. Only the M4P fits. Even if I could get the controller in there is no place for an extra battery and the charger would have to stay home.

This is the correct one, the 75, that matches the OP's description.

Controller likely goes in the top pocket or the front one, assuming it fits.
Not sure if the extra length extension is required, but that might leave room at the bottom for extra batteries, or room on top for the controller inside the main compartment.

This older discontinued link has a video of the bag under the thumbnail photos.

This looks like it is not even doable. That's why I asked for pics of it in use with the M4P from the OP. The OD of the top of the holster is shown at 5.5×6.5" usable inside would be smaller. The M4P controller is 7" wide and looks like it is to thick to fit into the top pocket. If you jam it into the main compartment the weight of the controller would be on the gimbal. Not something I would want to do. They show a full size DSLR/ mirrorless with grip and it looks snug as it should be. Here is a pic comparing the width of a gripped camera next to a RC 2 Pro.20250807_110409.jpg

Ok so here is the layout with the 50 version of the lowepro toploader zoom . The 75, which I have on order hence no photos yet, will be taller.

When I get the 75 here, I will have a better idea how much controller will fit in the pouch. I also know the drone alone will fit in anyone's 70-200mm padded lens case.

The drone does fit in my Thinktank holster but its an odd shape for the drone as it tapers down more than the Lowepro for the lens. I like the look of the Lowepro.

This isn't a carry your entire kit scenario. Its to carry drone, controller and one battery in the drone on a hike
So which controller do you have? RC 2 or RC Pro 2? Where are you currently storing the controller in the 50, or have you realized you need the 75 and haven't worked out yet where to best store the RC?
