This is to make the arms sturdier, thus less motor vibrations. I got this idea from Lindsay White but made my own model from scratch. Printed 0.4mm PETG 100% infill. Removed foam and super glued the part.www.thingiverse.com

I like the idea! Question: With the removal of the foam and the addition of the 2 printed stiffeners plus glue, do you know how much weight is added? I'm thinking that the design could be changed a bit to minimize weight, by having some bracing instead of the solid fill or just drill some holes in the printed panel. Might help keep it closer to 250 grams for those who need it.
