Map not scrolling in go app 4.xx

After updating to the go app 4.0 and now 4.01 Im seeing that the map (not live view) does not scroll and center the bird any longer. If I tap it to make it primary I have to move the map around to keep it on the screen. It shows the flight path and home point however.

anyone else see this?

I noticed that yesterday too on my first flight after upgrading to 4.01. Its been too cold out to fly again to see if a setting got changed or something.

It stopped doing so on 3.1 already.

Same problem for me. I found switching to the circular compass thing more useful when flying today.

4.02 doesn't move the map either.
