Mavic 2 battery discharger?

Bobec, doesn't the the usb tester just show what comes out of the usb socket, which will stay at 5 volts regardless of the battery voltage dropping?
I don't see how you can get an indication of the battery voltage

I was under the understanding that you should never bring a LIPO dow
Down as in cycling them? Right. DJI batteries don't need to be cycled. Some people like to do it anyhow for some reason. It seems to be a common practice for commercial operators.

Most people should see a long battery life by doing nothing other than what is mentioned in this article:

HOW TO: Maintain and store your DJI Mavic batteries

Bulb polarity doesn't matter if they are incandescent or halogen. Only LEDs have polarity.
i agree but i like to keep the polarity the same from all the different adaptors i use for different types of batteries so as to make sure the polarity is the same some times i discharge two at once of the 3c ones

On mine after every 20 charges I bring them down to "0" to cycle them. After bring them down to "0" they are charged to 100 then brought down to storage charge. I always seen to have good luck and long life cycle with my LIPO battery's using this procedures.
if you mean "0" when all the lights on the battery are out then they actually have about 10 percent charge left in them you should not take them to "0" as it can prevent them from taking on a charge again it is important to let them cool for a while after discharging before charging them up an hour should be ok dont leave them to long in a low state

Don't think voltage, think current. The battery had a rated current. The load will allow you to draw current. You want to draw current over time which will be shown as Amp hours. If your battery is rated at 10Ah or 10,000 milli Amp hours and you want to drain it to 90%. You would need to draw 10 Amp hours from that battery. The load will allow you accomplish that.

Yes that is what I mean by "0" when the lights go out on the battery, and yes you are correct once the lights go out there is still charge in the battery.
And yes I always let them cool down before recharging them back to 100%

the intelligent electronics in the DJI batts are designed to prevent over charge and also prevent the batts from total discharge in affect each battery has its own built in battery control system that is why they are more expensive than standard lipos but the actual cell principles are the same and still need to be respected with reguards to handling and storage and use to me they are the most important part for the operation of my UAVs
