Mavic 2 Enterprise - Unanble to change photo format

I really hope somebody could help me out. I cannot change the image format, it's doesn't allow me to change it from JPG to RAW. what I am doing wrongly here ?

As far as I know, it’s fixed on jpeg. Seems odd that window comes up but controls are greyed out. I wonder if someone has found a way around this, very frustrating.

RGB settings can’t be changed, yr stuck with jpeg, focus, aperture & shutter speed

BTW I was referring to the Dual
