If you need one of these for your Mavic Air 2 then its obvious you are flying outside of the Legal FAA Legal Zone. Just Saying...

Since the controllers are designed for long range transmission, also having adequate strobes on the drone make it completely safe and enjoyable, im not sure how its "illegal" especially if youre in with VLOS.
The physics cannot be argued with. Does anyone not remember having to adjust the "rabbit ears" antennae on tv sets when they used to broadcast tv, before cable became the norm?

I've always used an outdoor antenna for TV, and still do so no rabbits for me![emoji16][emoji16] They are very directional as they use the yagi principle.
