Mavic Air front arms broken

my mavic air just crash yesterday it's have some scratches surrounding the upper top shell but today I have notice my front arms make a noise when I folds and unfolds, I don't know this arms is broken or not or these noise just normal to mavic air when fold and unfold.

That crunchy sound is most likely coming from the black cable on the inside of the arm where it bends. If that's what you're hearing, then it's normal.

The air craft disconnected and then the mavic rth To my take off position but the controller can't reconnect so the air craft hover in the air for 5 minutes and then the wind push the mavic to the glass and then it fell.
