Mavic Air Parts -IMU

I have a lightly used Mavic Air. Haven't flown in 2 years. Now I can't because of an IMU failure? Not very happy. Feel like I wasted my hard earned $$$. Got it apart, now I can't find a replacement IMU. The only listings I see anywhere are Mavic Air 2 or 2S. Is the IMU for the Air 2 compatible??? (fingers, legs, arteries, and veins crossed patiently waiting)..

Depends on what IMU error you've got of course ... but it's been reported in the past that the gyro can get stuck when the craft have been unused for a longer period or sustained a blow from a crash. That have been solved in several cases by hitting the drone in the front or from the rear with your palm (kind of a bit harder than you think you should) ... by that the gyro gets unstuck & the IMU screen in the GO4 app shows a fully functioning IMU again. Worth a try at least ...
