Mavic Air return to home issue

I didn't set a return to home point myself and just let the Air set it's own point and returned perfectly. I truly appreciate the help!

It did not land probably because there was not enough contrast in the driveway surface is my guess.

Good to hear. It sounds like you were taking off a little too fast. Make sure you get at least 8-10 satellites, and a Green GPS go for flight confirmation. Also do a precision auto take off, hit take off button and slide the bar. That will pin point your take off location. And for what its worth, you should really learn how to get your bird back manually. Using RTH, return to home, is handy but. . . Not fool proof. The return path may be blocked and. . .. ooops.
