@Markymark_aeriehls, if you'd still like to use those landing gear, you can work around that issue by disabling the "Landing Protection" setting in the following section of DJI GO:

If those springs can be influenced by a magnet, I wouldn't want them that close to the compass. It would be another compass error waiting to happen.
And why do we need a bouncy landing gear? An extension might be ok - sometimes.
