And here's the label for the remote controller:

This information came from the FCC documents posted here and here.

Might be best to list in the existing thread on this topic?

There's an existing thread on the FCC leak? It just happened a few hours ago.

The Mavic Mini speculation..... Same old same old with the FCC publishing details of approval before DJI officially launch.
This is not speculation. These are official documents from the FCC.

You think the FCC publication of the approval warrants its own thread here then fair enough. We can have two discussions on the same topic obviously. I was simply suggesting it might be appropriate (arguably most sensible) to confirm @zeeeegerman speculation in the existing thread. I now see you had done just that.

I am impressed as always with the depth of information that going beyond looking at labels provides. This thing is very much real and I would think that while it will not be at the upcoming event, it will be coming very soon. Unless they have everything lined up it’s somewhat to quick to include in the event on the 13th. So I’ll just say okay my Drone Overlords where do I need to throw my money???

It’s about time! Now the question beckons. Will it release by the holidays?
Let’s hope so. It would be nice to see at least one consumer drone from DJI this year.

Ok, So now I am waiting for new leaked images besides the ones currently! I be searching! LOL! ;)
Who will be the first to post them? @msinger :p

In examining FCC filings it appears that the US version (and remote), if released, will only work in the 5.725-5.850 GHz band unless other approvals are acquired:

Subject: FCC ID: SS3-MT1SS51905 declaration of frequency bands restriction

Dear Sir or Madam, We, SZ DJI TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD, hereby declare that our product Mavic Mini, Model Number: MT1SS5 have the ability to work in 2.4G and 5G 4 frequency bands: 5150~5250MHz, 5250~5350MHz, 5470~5725MHz, 5725~5850MHz.

For the purpose of marketing, the frequency of the product sold in U.S. are programmed and locked to work only in 5725~5850MHz. The other frequency bands 2.4G and 5150~5250MHz, 5250~5350MHz, 5470~5725MHz are disabled by firmware in factory.

The end user or any other parties can not have the capability to activate the other frequency bands. We applied for testing frequency bands: 5745~5825MHz and 5755-5795MHz for the United States this time in BACL.

Same frequency info declaration filed for the Mini Remote (MR1SS5) FCC label (as opposed to the Chinese spelling ‘lable’ lol):

The unit submitted for test had 5 channels available for 5/20MHz mode and only 2 for 40MHz mode...

The Mini remote as tested has 2 antennas, but only operates in SISO (single in, single out) mode so that means dedicated TX and RX antennas.

All the info above came from the FCC filings database...

You'd think DJI China would have someone fluent in English proof read the letter to the FCC before submitting it.

Per the FCC, here's the product label for the new Mavic Mini:

I measured my Mavic Air for a size comparison. I measured tip to tip on the props with them rotated to be the widest possible position.

295 x 274 x 60 Millimeters. So the Mini is only very slightly smaller than the Air.

The AC adapter sounds like a standard 18 watt USB C PD type.
