Mavic mini won't take pictures or video

Hi all, just got a Mavic mini but it won't record video or photos. Battery and drone firmware says it's updated to latest version. Can anyone help?

Hi, thanks for the welcome.
Yes I had a card in the drone. It was a recommended card but just didn't work. I've put a higher spec card in and that's solved it ?
