Mavic pro 1 Battery fully charged will not connecting to RC

Fully charged all Lights green
I've been having Flight Issues Like disconnect Gps 20-5000ft speraticly.

Lateset Go4app
Firmware upgrade 1.04.500
........... battery worked a few days ago now will not connect
Down graded through Go4app to Firmware 1.04.100
two flights in MP1 seem to be doing well Less disconnects
Battery #2 will not connect
any positive feedback welcome

Im guessing its the battery firmware. Did you try to update the Mav through DJI Go Assistant 2?

It may also be helpful to mention the age and the number of charge cycles.

And maybe Rob @Thunderdrones has the right information for you.

But I would like to know a few things.
Do you have all batteries with identical firmware?

The battery is visually in good condition ... not swollen?

If there was a crash of the Mavic with this battery, there might be something wrong with the battery contacts. The battery communicates with the Mavic through the battery contacts, and perhaps some contacts are contaminated, damaged or too loose. Did you take a closer look at all battery contacts?

No crash with this battery I used it 7 days ago in flight... charged it back up all 4 lights are green
wiil not connect to Mavic
Hooked mavic up with DJI asst with another battery (#3) all OK .
turned off incert #2 battery will not comunicate with Mavic or DJI asst

That could be the solution to updating everything with DJI Assistant. You have to do it for every battery. I have had similar problems in the past. Anyway, the firmware upgrades did not work properly with an Asus Android smartphone used at that time and I had to use the Assistant. After that everything went smoothly again. A try does not hurt

I joyed my Mavic when I was originally on 1.4.100.

Then I was FORCED.! to upgrade the Go4app ....
At the time I thought
I might as well upgrade the firmware up to 1.4.500
As time went on my small flight window got smaller with more disconnected .....

And as late where never before when I lift off in my yard I now flying in a class "B" air space.?.
And the disconnects are unpredictable and scary.

So I down graded through the flight app Go4app
Two flights in it feels better with no disconnected

The battery's are about 7-17
So it is 18 month old and because I had 3 battery's #2 had 17 charges with the DJI Smart charger I just passed 26 hrs of flight on my Mavic over 23 months
