Just emailed them because there was no point during the weekend, really hope I get This resolved because I do not wanna pay for something that wasn't my faultThat's what I would do. I've never dealt with DJI support myself - my knowledge of the process is just based on other accounts on this and other forums.
Those are very good machines but if You’ll go through all different models the most problematic one. I’ve been using my p3a for over a year. No problems what so ever. After buying the mavic i was really suprised seeing posts about fly aways loss of connections etc. I’ve got my insured just in the case.
