Mavic pro gimbal issue

Hi guys
I hope I’m ok posting here I have just purchased and gimbal will not calibrate will come up saying overheating or vibration excessive or overload when firing up camera goes nuts but just can’t suss it out
I have seen the possibility of the ribbon cable being faulty/damaged
Any ideas guys?

My M2P had a gimbal motor overload error our of the box and had to be replaced.

Just to get the dumb question out of the way, you don't have the gimbal clamp on do you?

It probably says gimbal overload. You should start with replacing the ribbon cable because it is the most likely suspect that causes the gimbal to become erratic. If you are buying ribbon cables, you should buy 2 or 3 just in case you damage the first one in installation.

I hope a member here in the UK can help you. Otherwise you might be limited to Drone Doctor or sending it to DJI if you cant do it yourself.
