Mavic Pro problems - Horizon tilt at startup and VPS errors

I got replacement number 5 yesterday. Opened up the box. I did not get an new product box and the Mavic they sent me was a used one. Complete with the previous owners Micro SD card (with his video), damaged prop, and his settings (the Mavic was named DRUID)

That is truly shocking customer service :(
 
Reading some of the nightmare stories about customer service and what not, it makes me glad I got the plan through State Farm... I would rather take the hit(if there is one) if I need to file a claim.. Sorry man that is some crappy customer service!
 
Customer service told me to send it back. They will not send me a new unit in a new box nor will they guarantee the next unit they send will be brand new.

At this point I'm done. I've given up. I will keep this one. I've tried some different camera settings that seemed to help.

DJI's service policy is appalling. They should be ashamed of the way they conduct their business.

I hope you all have better luck than me and get a good Mavic from the start.

If only State Farm would insure us in California!
