I had a working copy of ICE on my pc that I downloaded a few weeks ago. I opened it up to try some editing but it wasn't working like it was a couple weeks ago. So I tried to upload the program again and it appears to no longer be available. Anyone else?

ICE was more or less an R&D project from Microsoft Research that escaped into the wild. It's pretty much a retired product. If you really want to download it, it's still there. The Wayback machine cached the link to the download page and you should be able to download it from here: Image Composite Editor (64-Bit) - Microsoft Research

Is there another program used to stitch panos together? I use a Mac, but still have a pc with windows 10 also.
PtGui, is one to consider for a Mac, or just use Photoshop if you have it. Photoshop or LR both should handle most drone pano's but not a 360. Ice is still the best for that if you don't use one of the DJI drones that creates a 360 ready to upload to apps like Kuula.
