BUYER BEWARE! I'd be very careful dealing with a company in South Korea doing business as Value-Goods. They do NOT stand behind their product. Just a warning!!!

If you'd like to buy from the US and avoid any Mini 5 Pros being imported as "cordless drills", which would leave you responsible for import fees if discovered, there are some US sellers on eBay. And you can also find a few on Amazon as mentioned in this thread:Where is the best place to order one now (Mini 5 Pro)?
To be more accurate, these are not US sellers but they are Chinese sellers who in many cases, ship their product to Amazon for handling and fulfillment so that US buyers can take advantage of Amazon policies and protections and avoid any risk for paying additional customs fees or tariffs. If you'd like to buy from the US and avoid any Mini 5 Pros being imported as "cordless drills", which would leave you responsible for import fees if discovered, there are some US sellers on eBay. The key difference is that if a product is shipped directly to you from outside the US, you'll be responsible for any import fees if the seller doesn't pay them. Some sellers try to get around these fees by mislabeling what they're shipping so they can offer lower prices. However, if the delivery carrier discovers the fees weren't paid, eBay's policies won't protect you from being charged. To be more accurate, these are not US sellers but they are Chinese sellers who in many cases, ship their product to Amazon for handling and fulfillment so that US buyers can take advantage of Amazon policies and protections and avoid any risk for paying additional customs fees or tariffs.
On eBay, all US buyers can take advantage of eBay policies and protections even when they dealing with the Chinese, Korean, or Japanese sellers. Paying additional fees and tariffs are hit or miss.
