BUYER BEWARE! I'd be very careful dealing with a company in South Korea doing business as Value-Goods. They do NOT stand behind their product. Just a warning!!!

That's a very different question than my asking the OP to share his experience with Value-Goods. There are several other threads relating to your question.

If you'd like to buy from the US and avoid any Mini 5 Pros being imported as "cordless drills", which would leave you responsible for import fees if discovered, there are some US sellers on eBay. And you can also find a few on Amazon as mentioned in this thread:

To be more accurate, these are not US sellers but they are Chinese sellers who in many cases, ship their product to Amazon for handling and fulfillment so that US buyers can take advantage of Amazon policies and protections and avoid any risk for paying additional customs fees or tariffs.

On eBay, all US buyers can take advantage of eBay policies and protections even when they dealing with the Chinese, Korean, or Japanese sellers. Paying additional fees and tariffs are hit or miss.

The key difference is that if a product is shipped directly to you from outside the US, you'll be responsible for any import fees if the seller doesn't pay them. Some sellers try to get around these fees by mislabeling what they're shipping so they can offer lower prices. However, if the delivery carrier discovers the fees weren't paid, eBay's policies won't protect you from being charged.

I just bought one from them last week. Great price and it was delivered to my house on the morning of the 5th day after ordering. Everything was received as advertised.

You could potentially still receive a supplemental bill from FedEx for tariffs, up to two weeks later, as I did, from buying a set of ND filters, despite the seller's representation that all tariffs were prepaid.

Amazon is now deliberately steering people into the EU standard battery versions of the Mini 5 Pro, as all the two Plus battery versions are $1799 to $1899, instead of the $1159 they were for the RC 2 version previously.

So what happens if you ignore the supplemental bill? You already have the item and proof the seller said it was all paid. Let them go after the seller.

Your "EU standard battery version'' is likely doing more misleading than anything you think Amazon is deliberately doing. You've repeated that so often that some people probably believe they can't use the Mini 5 Pro with standard batteries in the US. It's strange to keep saying that since it isn't actually true.

As with anything in the US, whenever you are sent a bill and you don't pay, it will probably get turned over to a collection agency.
