Mini four pro

I just received my mini 4 pro and the SD card will not seat at all anyone else have or had this issue and what is the fix suggestions on this problem .I hate to send it back but

I am assuming you're putting it in upside down correct >. If so then you have to send it back
Also make sure you pressing it inside with a pin as it goes pretty deep.

My Mini 4 arrived 5 days ago and I had a similar problem with the SD card. However I persevered and found the by using the edge of my fingernail and pushing the card eventually clicked into position (it has to be the correct way up of course).

That can be a problem on many devices that use micro SD cards. Using a fingernail or small tool to insert and push downward a bit to seat the card are good solutions. On the Mini 4 and Mavic 3 drones, inserting and removing the card is easier with the battery removed.
