MINI2 Activation

Hello, my name Rulianto, I have buy new DJI MINI2, at activation I forget for to full activation, so at DJI Fly setting for camera and video 2 K, 2.7 K, 4 K not appear (I can't see it) and height setting at mode QuickShots to not appear.

For fly drone is OK but setting video an height setting not

so plis help me
