Missing Panorama

Yes, only the stitched pano, and no subfolders.
It sounds like it doesn't think Save Originals is set. Try this:

  1. Launch your drone somewhere safe and secluded (so you aren't distracted).
  2. Open the camera settings and erase your SD card.
  3. Deselect Save Originals.
  4. Take a panorama.
  5. Move the drone a bit.
  6. Open the camera settings and select Save Originals.
  7. Take another panorama.
You should now have just stitched two panoramas on your card, and one folder with originals.

The setting you've chosen should show up on your remote on (I think) the left side of the display of camera information. IIRC, when you go into panorama mode it either shows "JPEG+None", "JPEG+JPEG", or "JPEG+RAW".

If that doesn't work try resetting the camera settings. I think this is found at the bottom of the camera settings panel (you'll probably have to scroll down). Then repeat the above steps.

If that doesn't work, I'm out of ideas other than to contact DJI.

Shot a panorama today on the Mini 3 Pro, drone took the pictures then I watched the processing go to 100% yet there is NO Panorama on the SD card nor any folder with files, it's as if I didn't take one. Has anyone else encountered this?
I had that exact thing happen on my Air 2S and moments later it crashed to the ground.
It showed processing, the whole works and then nothing was on the card.
