My videos taken from A roof top have a good deal of what I think is called "moiré" effect; the roof tiles on other buildings have a washer board effect
This is both on a 2.7x 24 fps and same converted to 1080P
I am using a PP 16 vivid filter on the camera set to sunny with a little cloud
Any guidance would be appreciated
Thanks

It seems to depend quite a bit on how you view it later, in some cases I've been surprised how good (or bad) it looks on a different screen.
The principle way to reduce it is drop sharpening slightly - you can also try a slight gaussian blur at processing stage.
ND Filter slowing shutter speed might help too if you have them.

I have that same issue, but adding a 1% blur in post edit fixed it.
