Hello to everybody.

I just wanted to share with you my personal check list before ANY flight

To view this content we will need your consent to set third party cookies.

1. Fully CHARGED radio controller and DRONE (100%)
2. Inspect your drone. Are propellers okay? Arms fully extended? Any physical damage?
3. Extend your antennas (RC) very well (75 degree)
4. Turn on the radiocontroller
5. Turn on your drone MAVIC pro
6. DO NOT TOUCH your drone during IMU initialization. Never ever.
7. Follow the instructions on the RC and PHONE. Maybe COMPASS calibration is needed.
8. Check always the correct % of batteries and satellites.
9. Check if any issues on the display of your phone appears.

10. CHECK IF HOME POINT HAS BEEN RECORDED / UPDATED.

10. NOW, and only now, YOU CAN TAKE OFF!
According to your comments / suggestions I would like to change the video and add yours.

Thanks for watching.

Here's my checklist guys. It's very comprehensive, so feel free to print it out for reference:

1. Unpack Mavic.
2. Turn on Mavic and controller.
3. Place Mavic on flat surface.
4. Take off.

Don't forget situational awareness.
Eyeball wherever you are flying to ensure no overhead cables or other obstructions etc.
Safety first always ;)

I think that is about what is in the manual. Why make another how to video??
Because making videos is fun.
And isn't that what this cool hobby is all about.... having fun and doing fun stuff regardless if it has been done before. Anything already created can be improved upon with version-2 :D
