Need a little help with the racing goggles

Hi Everybody.

I just purchased a pair of DJI Racing of us which arrived yesterday. I got them linked up with the controller OK and started flying my Mavic two pro. Everything was going great until I got about 400 yards away and then the image went to black-and-white and froze. Can anybody please let me know if I am doing something wrong?
