Need help connecting my new Mavic Pro 2 with the controller

I am having trouble connecting my ne Mavic Pro 2 with my controller. Have tried almost everything. Any thought on how I might get this done would be greatly appreciated.

Mavic 2 Pro you mean, (M2P) not mavic pro 2.

What issues are you having? DJI Tech support is great at helping out in such situations and will stay on the phone as you try their varied suggestions.

What have you tried? In case you missed these:
1. Have you updated firmware on controller and Mavic 2 Pro (knew exactly what you were referring to when you reversed "2 Pro").
2. Did you initiate linking in DJI GO software and by pressing linking button on drone?
3. Are you saying the controller and drone were not ever linked even when new assuming they were purchased together?
