Need Help Identifying Part So I Can Replace It

Hi,
I need to make repair to a Mavic Air antenna. I'm looking to replace the part that is attached to the board that the cable snaps on to. I have found these but am not sure if they are the correct ones.

I've also read that there is a way to solder them but need to be done in specific positions. If anyone has any info on that it would be appreciated. This will be plan be if it can be done.

I have a P3SE that the gimbal isn't working. Can I take one off of that and solder it to the Mavic Air?
